A manifesto for how I operate as a real estate salesperson to the public, my clients, and my colleagues. A proclamation to my clients about what to give and expect from myself. The pillars upon which my services as a real estate salesperson were founded and continue to operate.
I aim to create a safe space where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Working hard to achieve goals is a reward within itself. I accept each challenge and go for it.
The business and life we TRULY want is possible. We have the ability to make it happen.
I don’t just talk about doing things, I actually DO them. I don’t sit back and wait for results to come to me. I go out and actually DO THE REAL WORK to get the results we want to see. I don’t quit until we get where we want to go. I know that means putting in more effort than most other people are willing.
I don’t pretend to know things I don’t. If I'm not sure of an answer, I say so and will work hard to find out the answer. Everything I do and say is on the “up and up” and I'm completely transparent.
I know that real and lasting income takes commitment and consistency. I don’t promote get-rich-quick schemes. I know that every “overnight success” was actually a long dedication to putting education into practice behind the scenes.
I know that there are likely at least three solutions to every problem if I think creatively enough. I apply open-mindedness, brainstorming, and outside-the-box thinking to every obstacle I face. I quickly identify problems and seek ways to solve them that are the best for everyone involved.
I love every minute of the journey. I'm grateful for where I am and how far I’ve come. My focus remains on looking at what’s possible next and what could be even better now that I am where I am today.
I don’t even think about being someone I'm not, and hope you’ll feel comfortable enough to do the same as well.
